The purpose of the Whistleblower Policy is to provide direction to all current and former directors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, volunteers, vendors, donors, and partners of QPM regarding the communication of concerns with respect to issues of honesty and integrity, and, in particular, of questionable financial or operational matters.

Before reporting an incident, an attempt to resolve matters have to be taken in the first instance. If this does not provide a satisfactory result or if the incident is about a supervisor or otherwise is considered confidential, the communication form below should be used. By using this process the incident will be reported directly to the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
